OzCHI 2012 paper

I am delighted to have had a paper, co-authored with Stephen Viller, accepted for the 24th Australian Computer-Human Interaction Conference (OzCHI 2012). I’m looking forward to presenting the work at the conference in Melbourne in late November!

The paper, on design of software to support families with food-allergic and food-intolerant children, can be downloaded here*. The full citation details appear on my publications page.

The paper represents over a year’s worth of research involving a large number of participants. Thank you sincerely to the following people for their important contributions: the three clinicians who provided valuable design input for the software, the 56 respondents to the anonymous online parent/caregiver questionnaire, the 22 participants in the food diary study, and the six participants in the design workshop.
